WAVE 3 the new modular drive system for all motor
The WAVE 3 is a system for industrial automation purposes, a highly flexible technology jewel suitable for any kind of application. WAVE3 consists of several power drives assembled to build an original vertical structure optimizing the space use inside the cabinet for a room saving solution. One supply module is the head controlling the structure and when needed - the whole electric device, handling the external I/Os and integrating the machine automation firmware written by the customer.
Up to 31 drives can be connected to one suply unit, the limit being given on the hardware structure just by the cabinet's overall dimensions. Automation firmware can be intergrated in the system; built-in energy recovery function (among the braking and absorbing motors); mains failure control function; internal and external optional I/Os : there are a few of all features that make WAVE3 an outstanding product working as multi-function system.
